Shipping policy

We, Dynamic Power dispatch your purchase items in 1-2 business days after payment is received. 

We post to any location Australia-wide. Items will be dispatched by either Australia Post eParcel or Couriers. 

A confirmation email of your order details including a tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your goods are dispatched.  Please allow another few hours until the first scans are updated to the tracking system on the courier website.

*The above delivery time is an estimation. Due to the current pandemic, orders shippings are experiencing a delay. These delays are due to limited flights, social distancing requirements and an increase in parcel volumes as more people shop online. Rest assured that we and couriers are working hard to get your parcels to you asap.

1) The delivery time does not include the processing time required (which is usually 1-2 working days)
2) We deliver to PO Boxes when the item size and weight are within the Australia Post limit.
